The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a professionally supported program for the personal and social development of preschool children based mainly on movement games and activities of the concrete nursery school. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of prosocial behaviour and the possibilities of child development. The practical part is based on the creation of a project focused on the personal and social development of the child using psychomotor games and activities, its verification and reflection.
Use of artefilities in the adaptation of pupils with OMJ to the primary school environment

The diploma thesis "The Use of Art Therapy in the Adaptation of Students with Different Native Languages to the Elementary School Environment" focuses on the utilization and effectiveness of art therapy as the main tool for developing relationships and improving the social climate of the classroom. The aim of the thesis is to propose and verify through research an art therapy program in the fifth grade of elementary school. The theoretical part introduces the specifics of students with different native languages, particularly their Adaptation to a new environment as well as the preparation of all presently studying students in the class and the school as such for the arrival of a student with a different native language. The theoretical part also defines art therapy as a separate field of science subject, its focus, and its contribution to education. The practical part presents ten art therapy sessions aimed at developing prosocial behavior, assertiveness, and socially acceptable behavior not only among Czech students but especially among students with different native languages and war refugees. Implementation of Ethic Education as a Supplementary Educational Subject at primary school

This PhD thesis describes the ways of implementing the supplementary educational subject of ethics education into the educational system in Czech society. The primary focus is on the teaching of prosocial behaviour at primary school. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the redudant repeating background of the PhD thesis topic was collected. Prosocial behaviour was defined as positive social behaviour with active participation in solving a specific life situation, where helping others is not connected with the expectation of reward. The presented methods of socialization of pupils were divided into directive and recommended non-directive methods promoting a positive classroom climate. Characteristics of moral growth in younger school-age students were viewed from several criteria. The concept of ethical education in curriculum documents in the Czech Republic and abroad was characterized. The empirical part describes qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, semi-structured interviews and analysis of school artefacts. Prosocial behavior of social workers

The thesis deals with the prosocial behavior of social workers. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter theoretically defines prosocial behavior. It deals with theories of prosocial behavior, its forms and its motivation. The second chapter focuses on prosocial behavior in social work, and puts it in context with the personality of a social worker. The third chapter deals with the specifics of social work with foreigners. The last chapter presents a research, which took place in the form of semi-structured interviews, and the aim of which was to find out in which aspects of social work with foreigners elements of prosocial behavior are manifested in selected social workers.
Support for the development of prosocial behavior in the after-school clubs

This Bachelor's Thesis focuses on the composition of a short-term program of childrengames and activities to support and develop prosocial behavior in the environment ofan after-school center. The thesis is divided in to sections. The first describes theoretical background and briefly clarifiesthe term "prosocial behavior" and there with associated term "empathy". Additionally, it gives general characteristics of the program and of thetarge tgroup, that is a group of early school age children, as well as describes workingmethods used in the program. The next, follow-up practical section describes the actual program, its schedule, organization and arrangement of sessions based on their topics and subgoals. Then I have described the actual progress of lessons and particular game activities selected to achieve the projected goal, followed by suggested questions to induce value reflection and examples of how children reflected on completed sessions. Last chapters of the practical sectione valuate the program and subsequently provide participating educators' reviews in terms of the designed goals of the program.
Development of prosocial behaviour in Pre-school

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of the prosocial behaviour development in kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with an introduction of prosocial behaviour and relating concepts are presented. Furthermore, also methods enable to develop behaviour as well as a period of its development in a child are presented. This part of the thesis also explains how is prosocial behaviour related to empathy and emotional intelligence and is focused on the norms of behaviour and rules in the kindergarten. The practical part is based on a project through which a development of prosocial behaviour in the kindergarten is surveyed. This part also includes a class educational program with prosocial methods. The games in which children learn to recognise their peers, as well as games containing physical contacts were used most frequently. The result of this project is a big progress which the children achieved in the field of mutual cooperation and tolerance with and of other children. It was clearly obvious that they helped and respected each other more.
The strengthening prosocial behavior in preschool children

The bachelor thesis focuses on building up pro-social behaviour of preschool age children by using games and activities with pro-social aims. Theoretical part deals with terms such as pro-social behaviour, psycho-sociological development of preschool age children, child play and importance of nursery school which influences development of children's pro-social behaviour. Practical part is focused on development and strengthening pro-social behaviour of preschool age children via ten games and activities with pro-social themes. The aim of such games is to develop children's empathy, communicative skills, cooperation, relationship bonds and own feeling recognition. Appropriate activities were found in various pre-school age oriented methodologies. Attention was also paid to distinctive individuals and their behaviour within group activities and games. For research study, an action research method was chosen. Other methods used were interview and observation.

Experiences of Teachers in Czech Nursery Schools with the Persona Dolls Method

The diploma thesis deals with anti-bias education and the Persona Dolls method. The aim of the thesis is to map the experience of teachers in Czech kindergartens who work with the Persona Dolls method and who have completed an accredited long-term Persona Dolls course. The theoretical part focuses on the historical and social context of diversity in the Czech Republic in the 20th century, anti-bias education and the principles and emergence of the Persona Dolls method in the world and in the Czech Republic. The practical part finds out what experience teachers have with the method. Specifically, what do they see as the benefits, risks and obstacles in implementing the method in preschool education and what recommendations do they make. For data collection, an interview method was used with ten graduates of the Persona Dolls course. By analyzing the interviews, it was possible to obtain answers to the research questions posed and to formulate recommendations that emerged from the interviews.
